November DC Squash Newsletter

Squash League

Play has begun in divisions for ALL skill levels — from novice to expert — in league play from November to March. Juniors are welcome to play on teams too.

If you have not played in a squash league before, it is a great way to meet other squash players in the area at your skill level and play in a team setting, which is a lot of fun! You don’t have to play every week as teams have rosters with extra players.

Click here to get more info on each squash club’s teams and how to join a team.  If you can’t find a team at your club, respond to this email and we will try to find a good fit for you.

Women’s Squash

The Women’s Squash all-levels Holiday Hit and Social will be on Saturday Dec 8 this year at the Potomac Squash Club, from 2:00-5:00. Take a breather from your holiday shopping to drop in and have a hit and a nosh with the gals. If your last name begins with A-L you are on the “Green” team, and if you are M-Z you are “Red”. Wear the appropriate color if you can remember and bring a snack or drink to share.
